We are seeking a hands-on VP of Finance to lead the finance function for a growing multi-site clinic business. This is the senior finance role in the company, reporting directly to our CEO. This role is focused on building the finance function rather than maintaining an established one. You will own the financial foundation of a business scaling through both corporate-owned and franchised clinics, across multiple entities and an active new location pipeline. We currently work with an outside accounting firm. The role is both investor-facing and cross-functional. You will present financial results, risks, and recommendations to our CEO, co-founders, and investors, and will be a primary point of contact for investors and lenders as we raise capital. Because clinic-level performance drives our results, you will also partner closely with General Managers, clinical operations, sales, and marketing to build budgets, set targets, and translate financial performance into terms the operating team can act on.

You'll assist members with their clinical needs and support our physicians and nurse practitioners in delivering care, drawing on customer service, medical terminology, phlebotomy, and well-rounded clinical skills.
