We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Assistant for our Dallas clinic. You'll assist members with their clinical needs and support our physicians and nurse practitioners in delivering care, drawing on customer service, medical terminology, phlebotomy, and well-rounded clinical skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare relevant patient information for clinical staff to treat patients
Ensure patient information is properly managed in the EMR system
Coordinate patient care between physician/NP and clinical staff
Assist with appointment management and scheduling
Work directly with physicians to ensure clinic and patient needs are met
Complete designated clinical tasks, including taking vitals and histories, performing diagnostic tests, and completing some treatment appointments
Answer patient questions and provide guidance and follow-up from appointments
Perform phlebotomy
Provide exceptional, concierge-level customer service to each patient
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Nursing Assistant / Patient Care Technician or similar role
Organized, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and a reliable teammate
Experience in phlebotomy and minor lab processing
Certified or Registered Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician with EMR experience, preferred
Full-time, in-clinic, approximately 40 hours per week
Willing and able to commute to our Dallas clinic in the Preston Sherry Plaza

We're seeking a highly skilled, organized, and confident PRN nurse to handle 1 to 3 shifts per week at our Dallas clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse with strong clinical expertise in IV therapy who wants to be part of our clinic operations as we grow. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented RN who delivers exceptional care and thrives in a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities
Administer IV therapies, injections, and other medical treatments per clinic protocols
Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and patient confidentiality
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition
Educate patients on treatments, health optimization, and wellness strategies
Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
At least 2 years of experience in acute care (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or equivalent)
Proven excellence in IV therapy (multiple years preferred)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience documenting in electronic medical records
BLS certification
Ability to evaluate and document treatment responses accurately
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead calmly under pressure

The Sales Manager is responsible for market expansion and revenue growth for our Palm Beach Gardens clinic through market activation, partnership development, community outreach, corporate relationships, and direct sales. You will be the face of Humanaut in the Palm Beach Gardens market, driving membership and advanced-therapy growth, securing Executive Physicals, building referral channels, and scaling corporate (B2B) growth. This role suits someone who thrives in a high-end wellness, concierge medicine, or healthcare environment and is comfortable selling premium offerings.
Responsibilities
Drive membership sales across all tiers (Core and Premium Memberships)
Sell high-ticket offerings including Executive Physicals, Advanced Health Checks, and advanced therapies such as Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE), Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, IV therapy, and recovery services
Follow up with leads generated via marketing, events, and referrals
Build and maintain a strong pipeline across inbound and outbound opportunities
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Develop weekly forecasting and pipeline reporting for leadership
Identify opportunities to increase member utilization, package expansion, and long-term engagement
Develop and grow strategic relationships with local organizations, luxury residential communities, country clubs, fitness and wellness partners, medical professionals, executive networks, and community influencers and leaders
Build referral partnerships that drive long-term brand awareness and revenue growth
Identify key players, influential networks, and high-value partnership opportunities within the Palm Beach market
Source, coordinate, and support local events, activations, educational experiences, and strategic networking opportunities
Represent Humanaut as a market leader in health optimization, longevity, and regenerative medicine
Develop relationships with local companies, executive teams, HR leaders, and business organizations
Assist the VP of Sales in scaling corporate wellness partnerships and enterprise membership opportunities
Support growth initiatives related to employer-sponsored wellness and executive health programs
Identify opportunities to drive recurring B2B revenue and strategic corporate relationships
Maintain strong CRM hygiene, ensuring all lead activity, outreach, opportunities, and pipeline stages are accurately tracked
Manage follow-up cadence across prospective members, referral sources, corporate opportunities, and event leads
Monitor pipeline performance and proactively identify areas for growth and conversion improvement
Utilize data and reporting to improve outreach effectiveness and sales performance
Partner closely with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless member experience
Collaborate with marketing on local campaigns, partnership initiatives, community activations, and event strategy
Ensure smooth onboarding and handoff for all new members and clients
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level experience throughout the sales and onboarding journey
Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional communication standards
Effectively articulate Humanaut's clinical value proposition, advanced diagnostics, regenerative therapies, and personalized care model
Requirements
3-7+ years of experience in sales, business development, concierge medicine, wellness, aesthetics, luxury services, or a related industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, relationship building, and executive presence
Comfortable selling high-ticket offerings and articulating clinical value clearly
Self-starter able to work independently and thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
