About Humanaut

Humanaut Health is a premium clinic for health optimization and longevity medicine. Through advanced assessment and integrative care, our medical teams help the body retain and rebuild function to protect quality of life for years to come.

Membership

At this time, services are only available to members. Later this year, regenerative medicine and hormone therapy health programs will be accessible to non-members. Complete this form to receive information and updates on service availability.

Membership is a good fit for adults committed to making and sustaining change. We help members elevate their whole body health by providing care for pain, weight, energy, perimenopause, menopause, and andropause needs, among othersWe also support members looking to proactively explore optimal health for preventative reasons. Membership is not a good fit for adults with the following: late-stage chronic disease and severe mental health and substance use needs. Individuals who are pregnant may be provided a modified membership experience based on current health needs.

Members must be between the ages of 18-75 to receive care from Humanaut.

We offer three monthly membership options to fit a range of needs and preferences. Memberships start at $275/month. We also charge a one-time join fee to cover new member assessment and onboarding. For more information, visit our membership page.

Medical therapy fees, including the cost of hormone prescriptions, peptide prescriptions, and regenerative medicine procedures, are not included in the cost of membership. Humanaut members receive special rates and monthly allowances that can be applied to clinic-based services. Prescription costs may be covered or reimbursed by your insurance benefit plan. Contact your insurer for more information.

Log in to the Humanaut Health portal to schedule, reschedule, or cancel a session. A cancellation penalty may be incurred for cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time.

Humanaut coaching provides members with the accountability, guidance, and emotional support needed to change behavior and create healthy habits. Our coaches bring deep experience in nutrition, fitness, and behavior modification to your care plan priorities. Depending on your membership level, you’ll receive a number of live video/call sessions per month that you can apply to any combination of coaches and consultations.Onboarding for coaching starts alongside your optimal health plan consultation.

We assign medical providers and recommend coaches based on availability and areas of expertise. This helps us provide timely appointments and services, both of which are necessary for a successful health optimization journey.

Your care team meetings will vary based on membership plan, care recommendations, and personal preference. While care plan follow-ups recur quarterly with your provider as standard, topical check-ins may be more frequent. Members with coaching plans will meet live biweekly and message asynchronously between sessions. Members with wellness treatment recommendations may engage with care team nurses and assistants multiple times per week at the clinic.

All members will receive ongoing support between visits through 15-minute care team calls and our Digital Health Navigator. The Digital Health Navigator will help you better understand your healthspan needs and data and measure progress over time. Members with coaching and concierge services will also receive personal guidance from multiple care team specialists between visits.

Membership can be paused or cancelled anytime through the Digital Health Navigator. There is no minimum commitment for membership. A billing stop will be applied to the next cycle for any cancellation requests made in-cycle after payment has posted. Partial refunds are not provided. Membership plans can be changed by visiting the account page in the Humanaut Health portal or by contacting customer support Membership changes will take effect the first day of the next billing cycle.

Getting Started

Get started by visiting our membership page to choose a membership that's right for you. Once you’ve chosen a plan, sign up online by submitting your information and preferred payment method. Once completed, you'll be able to immediately schedule your first assessment and complete your health profile.

Your Humanaut experience starts immediately after signup! You'll schedule your initial assessments, including blood lab and in-clinic body baseline measures, and complete your health profile. You can meet with your provider to discuss assessment findings and begin health planning as early as 30 days from your initial blood lab test. Timelines may vary from member to member based on membership type, personal schedules, and provider availability.

Care

Your care plan is a comprehensive, personalized approach to health optimization, focused on three key areas each quarter to help you reach your goals. Recommendations may include lifestyle modifications and tailored supplements; peptides, hormones, and other medications; regenerative medicine, non-invasive therapies and wellness treatments. Our integrative plans feature evidence-based strategies associated with overall well-being and longevity.

Your care team will vary based on the type of membership and services involved.  Your team may include a physician (MD or DO), a provider experienced in complex patient care (nurse practitioner or physician assistant), a registered nurse, a surgical technician, a medical assistant, and health coach specialists certified in nutrition and/or personal training.

Our providers are licensed and credentialled healthcare professionals, including Physicians (MD, DO), Nurse Practioners (NP), and Physician Assistants (PA). They have received extensive training based on the clinical protocols that have been developed by our distinguished medical leaders and advisory board. Day-to-day provider oversight is led by Humanaut's PLLC Medical Director.

We will provide prescriptions for body-identical hormone therapy for men and women (ex: estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, and natural thyroid); peptides (BPC-157, GHK-Copper, Sermorelin, Tesamorelin, Larazotide, PT-141, and Dihexa) and specialty medications intended to promote whole-body health optimization.  Excluding obesity, we will not write prescriptions for chronic medical problems. We will not write prescriptions for any controlled substances aside from testosterone.

We take client health and safety seriously. Medical care is led by licensed and credentialed providers (MD, DO, and NP). Care protocols have been created and reviewed by our distinguished medical advisory board, representing physician experts in their fields.  We follow healthcare data privacy standards, including HIPAA. To keep our clients safe, our care teams may refuse to deliver any test or treatment that may put the client at risk.  Humanaut will refer client to emergency or specialist care for any life-threatening situation encountered.

Assessment

Yes, you can upload your recent test results (as a PDF file) during onboarding. Your provider will review your results to determine if they qualify to be included in your Humanaut healthspan assessment. Regardless of outcome, no price adjustments will be made to monthly membership fees.

Yes, you can opt out of any assessment test based on your health needs or personal preferences. Similarly, Humanaut may determine that you are ineligible for a test based on your health history or current health status.

Our tests were selected based on cross-speciality analysis, literature reviews, and the continuing guidance of distinguished medical experts in their roles as Humanaut leaders, providers, advisors, and clinic partners. As a result, our assessment experience spans multiple areas associated with long-term well-being-- including cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal, hormonal, and neurocognitive health. Informed by our experts, Humanaut vendors/partners were identified based on experience and test quality, safety, and accessibility.

A biomarker is a sign that shows how something is going in your body. Biomarkers can be molecules, genes, or physical signs that tell us about normal or disease They are usually found in blood, urine, saliva, or tissue samples.

As a new member, you will receive an email with instructions to prepare you for your assessment. We’ll provide specific guidance including a reminder to fast for your blood lab testing and to wear active clothing for your fitness evaluation.

We recommend visiting the clinic to complete our full range of basic diagnostic exams. That being said, members have the option to complete certain physical fitness tests, blood labs, and their health questionnaire at home. Our standard lab blood test examines approximately 50 markers of health, including:

Yes, Humanaut members can pay for à la carte tests and services not included in your membership. Members also enjoy exclusive rates for medical therapies and other treatments. Log in to your account *web app link* to get started.

Once you complete your baseline blood testing at home or at the clinic, it takes about one week to receive your results. You can access assessment results in the Digital Health Navigator in about one week. Our clinicians will review the data and contact you immediately if there are any critical results.

Privacy/Security

Yes, your information is secure. Humanaut follows the standards within the HIPAA Privacy Rule to safeguard the privacy of personal health information. Your healthcare data is encrypted and we implement strict access controls to ensure data security and privacy.

To access your health information, log in to my.humanauthealth.com anytime to view your health information.

Visit your account page within the Humanaut Health portal to cancel your membership. Alternatively, you can pause your membership. Pausing will allow you to restart membership/services anytime without needing to resubmit information. Humanaut follows state healthcare regulations regarding medical record retention timelines.

Payment

We do not accept insurance, HSA, or FSA for direct clinic services. Humanaut is a cash-pay clinic. Certain costs, like prescriptions, may be covered or eligible for reimbursement by your insurance plan. Contact your insurer directly to discuss your options.

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your experience, we invite you to contact us so we can improve our services and discuss ways to make things right with you.
