THE HUMANAUT DIFFERENCE
Where Longevity and Lifestyle Meet
Our providers’ approach to health optimization and longevity goes deeper than sleep well, eat well, and exercise often. We help clients figure out how to reach their goals and where to focus by translating personal assessment data to highly-prescriptive medicine, therapeutic, nutrition, and/or fitness recommendations for results they can see and feel.

We currently assign medical providers based on membership plan level, provider schedule, and areas of expertise. This helps us provide timely appointments and support– both of which are important for successful health optimization outcomes.
Our providers are licensed and credentialed healthcare professionals, including Physicians (MD, DO), Nurse Practitioners (NP), and Physician Assistants (PA). They have received extensive training based on the clinical protocols that have been developed by our distinguished medical leaders and advisory board. Day-to-day provider oversight is led by Humanaut's PLLC Medical Director.
All members will receive continued support in between visits through 15-minute monthly care team check-in calls and messaging and guidance through our digital care companion. Humanaut's Health Navigator web app will help you better understand your healthspan needs, data, and measure progress over time. Concierge members will also receive as-needed support from multiple care team specialists between visits.
If you need additional support, our providers will provide recommendations and referrals. Humanaut Providers are traditionally trained before specializing in their respective areas of longevity health in order to:
- Stay up-to-date with contemporary diagnostics and therapies
- Identify when additional care is needed
- Recommend local specialists in their networks
In cases where ongoing chronic disease management is necessary, Humanaut will take an active, but supportive role, while your specialists take the lead.
In addition, the Humanaut Advisory Board is always available to our care team members to give high-level and advanced guidance.
Many of the services and therapies offered at Humanaut Health are not FDA approved for any purpose, are considered experimental or alternative, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or serious medical condition.
